USF Overview
Offers monthly credits on electric and/or gas bills to reduce ongoing energy costs. Designed for households that spend a significant portion of their income on energy. Helps prevent service interruptions and promotes long-term affordability.
Provides technical and financial assistance for the maintenance, repair, and modification of homes. Financial assistance is provided in the form of an interest-free, deferred loan.
Serves hot meals to the community for breakfast and dinner. Staff utilizes fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that satisfy and nourish the community.
Provides thorough assessment for potential at-risk adults who are victims of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and/or unsafe living conditions. Reports/complaints are taken and reviewed over the phone. If deemed appropriate, an experienced social worker will go to the home and evaluate the situation in person within 72 hours.
Provides individuals care management, support services, and a housing voucher to maintain safe and secure housing as a first step in recovery.

Services include: information and referral, peer support groups, independent living skills training, advocacy, care management, employment services, health and wellness programs, and recreational activities.
Offers a lending closet for medical appliances temporarily to residents aged 60 and older who cannot afford them. Equipment includes transport chairs, wheelchairs, shower seats, walkers, commodes, canes, and limited adult diapers and bed pads. Items are donated and subject to availability, provided at no cost to clients or their healthcare providers.
Delivers meals to homebound senior citizens and other eligible recipients in the community.
