Call 2-1-1 to be screened for utility payment assistance eligibility. After application for LIHEAP or USF is complete, call 2-1-1 to check status or submit a complaint.

Provides comprehensive information and referral services, by phone and web, which connect people to organizations that can assist them. The organization also can provide crisis intervention and active listening services by telephone. Spanish translator services are available.
