Provides therapeutic foster care, trauma-informed counseling, psychiatric services, crisis response, family interventions, and reunification support for children and youth affected by abuse, neglect, behavioral health, or trauma-related challenges.

Provides bereavement support services and is a resource to the families of the hospice and the community at large. Services include individual counseling and support services, adult grieving support groups, pet loss groups, children's grief art groups, grief lecture series, school support services, and community education/workshops.

Provides full-day preschool education for Elizabeth residents at no cost. Children are provided time to play and socialize with other children, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Program continues through the summer months, to allow parents time to continue career or educational pursuits. Bilingual teaching services are available.
