Trained and certified staff members can help individual consumers understand health coverage options, complete eligibility forms, and enroll in a plan through the health insurance marketplace. The NJ FamilyCare Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is also available to those who qualify.

Assists adults hospitalized at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital who need intensive support to reside independently. Services include identifying apartments, ongoing support to community relationships, linkage to services and other supports to help consumers maintain housing.

Offers a Summer Camp for youth ages 5-10 years old and Tween Camp for youth 11-14 years old. All campers enjoy recreation, structured activities, field trips, and fun. Our caring staff fosters an open, safe environment where youth learn, explore, and grow.

Diabetes Self-Management Education Classes (DSME) and training is a collaborative course through which people with diabetes gain the knowledge and skills needed to modify their behavior and successfully self-manage the disease and its related conditions. The course incorporates the needs, goals, and life experiences of the person with diabetes and is guided by evidence-based standards. DSME can be conducted on an individual and/or group basis, and is facilitated by a licensed health professional. The course covers topics such as: - Diabetes disease process & treatment options - Incorporating nutrition management, physical activity & utilizing medications - Monitoring blood glucose & using results to improve control - Preventing, detecting & treating acute & chronic complications - Goal setting and problem solving - Integrating psychosocial adjustment - Preconception care and management during pregnancy (if applicable).  

Assist families by providing a family-centric, community-based hub offering support, information, and services. Programs aim to enhance the well-being of children and adults, fostering stronger families and neighborhoods through various services such as family health information, employment related programs, and housing assistance.

Provides income‑restricted senior housing offering one‑ and two‑bedroom apartments for adults age 62 and older in an energy‑efficient, elevator building. Includes fully equipped kitchens, central air conditioning, on‑site laundry, a community room, fitness room, computer lab, and professional on‑site management.
