Offers information, referrals, social and recreational activities, educational and health programs and trips for municipal residents who are senior citizens. Meals are available through the county Senior Meals program. Transportation available for those in program. Transportation is 62 and older. 

Offers medical case management that links individuals with health care, psychosocial, and other services. Additionally offers non-medical case management that provides guidance and assistance in obtaining medical, social, community, legal, financial, and other needed services.

In addition, the organization provides several supportive services for the mothers and children involved in the program including housing placement and case management.

Provides free, peer-led support groups for individuals with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and related conditions. Maintains a safe, confidential environment for sharing experiences, information, coping skills, and mutual support.

Provides families who meet criteria and income guidelines temporary cash assistance and support services. Services may include childcare payment assistance, transportation services, work-related expenses, and family violence intervention.    

Supports eligible residents under the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) by offering Support Coordination services. Coordinates individualized service plans, identifying needs, goals, and service providers. Facilitates access to services, completes necessary paperwork, and ensures ongoing service delivery. Acts as a liaison, advocate, and case manager, supporting participants and their families throughout the process.

Provides supportive treatment services to individuals with a serious mental health concern. Services include: personalized home-based support, medication management, crisis response, career counseling, and life skills training. Services are delivered in-home or via community settings and aim to promote self-management and community integration, prevent hospitalization, and improve quality of life.

Provides free groceries to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity to support household nutrition and stability.

Provides detoxification services using methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone to help individuals who have drug dependency problems withdraw from the addictive drug. MAT services may include daily or evening dosing options, virtual dosing when clinically appropriate, group and individual therapy sessions, urine drug testing for accountability and support, on-site peer recovery support, and telehealth appointments for added convenience. 

Provides immediate behavioral or emotional crisis intervention, support, and in-home stabilization services while maintaining a safe living environment. If necessary, short-term stabilization services can be in place for up to 8 weeks.

Provides after-school and respite care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Offers in-home, provider-home, and community-based services that provide temporary relief to caregivers.

Allows individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to live independently in the community. Individuals in the program receive weekly instruction in areas such as: Banking, Budgeting, Travel training, Socialization. Participants in the program are required to contribute to their living expenses.  

Assists elderly, handicapped and low-income persons in weatherizing their homes. Improves their heating system efficiency and conserving energy.

Offers non-profit organizations to select a site they wish to cleanup and in return receive a grant with a minimum value of $300.00. All sites must be submitted to the program coordinator and approved and will be provided with any equipment necessary and means for disposal if needed. 

Provides assistance to law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of bias incidents. Facilitates education and training programs on diversity and anti-racism to organizations. Facilitates programs of community relations.      

Provides a residential transitional living program for 5 young women, ages 18 through 21, who continue to need support services as they "age out" of the foster care system. Residents attend school, hold a part-time job, and learn financial literacy and other independent-living skills to prepare them for independence.
