Addresses the needs of at-risk youth and youth in the juvenile justice system addressing juvenile crime, violence, and drug abuse. Services include: diversion, probation, alternatives to incarceration, and re-entry programs for youth transitioning back to the community from restrictive settings. Also provides services to adolescents in the child welfare system and school settings.

Provides wrap-around resources and supports for families before they find themselves in crisis. Family Success Centers offer primary and secondary child abuse prevention services to families. Core services include access to information on child, maternal and family health services, referrals to local health care services, economic self-sufficiency, educational and employment workshops, life skills training, parent education, parent-child activities, and advocacy.    

Hosts monthly support meetings that aim to provide comfort; information; and discussion about LGBTQ issues in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment. Various groups for most topics regarding LGBTQ matters are provided, as well as one exclusively for transgender-related topics and information.

Provides quality comprehensive psychiatric, medical, and rehabilitative services. Encourages maximum patient independence and movement towards community reintegration with an environment that is safe and caring.

Provides temporary and temp-to-hire positions to individuals with employment barriers and diverse backgrounds. Enhances the quality and dignity of life for individuals, families, and communities. 

Runs a transitional living program for young women who are aging out of the foster care system, homeless, or at-risk of becoming homeless. Each resident is expected to work and/or continue her education, while also receiving individual instruction in life skills, computers, money management, and employment.

Offers temporary shelter for families with dependent children who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing. Families are stabilized while they address barriers to independent living

Provides classes for specific employment sectors: hospitality, financial services, customer service, job search assistance, employment preparation workshops, and training program opportunities.

Provides food assistance for individuals in need.

Offers direct resources and connections for basic needs. This includes health, education, counseling, child care, crisis intervention, and more spanning housing, food, financial aid, and well-being. 

Offers a medication assistance fund for people with epilepsy. The program is open to those who reside in New Jersey and are temporarily unable to afford the purchase of their anticonvulsant medication.  

Connects pregnant individuals, parents, and caregivers of young children with free or affordable wellness resources, identifies their needs, and links them to various health services. Services include: health insurance, medical care, housing, childcare, prenatal health education, WIC applications, early childhood programs, and home visiting programs.

Provides a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of developmental delays in children. An early intervention program with children, ages 0 through 3, is also available.

Provides various services for older adults in the community. Services include: information, referrals, an exercise and equipment room, lunch programs, social and recreational activities, educational and health programs, and field trips. Transportation is also available within Sayreville.

Provides school supplies, Halloween costumes, and holiday gifts to children who are food bank clients.

Provides low-cost reproductive health services, education, and advocacy. Services include: gynecologic exams, cancer screenings, family planning, STD and STI screening, pregnancy testing, medical abortion referrals, and midlife counseling.

Provides holiday events and activities for children from low-income households and those experiencing homelessness. Offers opportunities for recreational outings and social engagement.

Provides professionally-run support group for adults who have recently suffered the loss of a loved one. The support group offers participants an opportunity to share experiences and feelings. A bereavement library is also available to the general community. Speakers are available for other groups. The adult group meets four times a year for eight weeks.

Provides educational services, vocational rehabilitation, independent living training, health services, counseling, peer groups, and resource referrals for individuals with visual impairments.

Provides food assistance to individuals and families in need in Jersey City, South of Communipaw Ave to the Jersey City/Bayonne borderline. Offering groceries, prepared meals, or supplemental food supplies, diapers and personal hygiene items when available to promote food security and meet basic nutritional needs in the community.

Provides shelter, food, transportation, case management, life skills training, and community reintegration for homeless veterans. Services are provided via three programs: Bridge Housing, the Clinical Treatment Center, and Service Intensive Transitional Housing.
