Eligibility
Open to homeless veterans in the service area. Individuals must:
- Be classified as a veteran under the US Department of Veterans Affairs guidelines;
- Be registered with the Philadelphia VA Medical Center;
- Be drug- and alcohol-free at time of admission;
- Provide a negative TB test result within 6 months of admission

Photo ID, medical screening for drug/alcohol abstinence, VA health coverage verification, proof of homelessness/housing status
