Obtain a referral from the State Division of Child Protection & Permanency (DCP&P), MonmouthCares, the care management organization (CMO) in Monmouth County, other CMOs, or other private sources.

Runs a transitional living program for young women who are aging out of the foster care system, homeless, or at-risk of becoming homeless. Each resident is expected to work and/or continue her education, while also receiving individual instruction in life skills, computers, money management, and employment.
