Delivers care and outpatient services as a full acute care hospital. Services include: a 24-hour emergency center, a mobile intensive-care unit, cardiac care and testing, physical and occupational therapy, speech and hearing services, diabetic counseling, laboratory and pathology services, imaging (MRI, CAT scan, mammography), neuropathy treatment, weight loss surgery, social services, ear-nose-throat, neurology, orthopedic, urology, and ophthalmic services.

Provides medical and dental services for individuals in the community. Services include: OB/GYN, geriatric care, adult medicine, dental services, AIDS/HIV testing/treatment, and behavioral health services. 

Provides a searchable tool to locate peer-led support groups for depression and bipolar disorder. Groups are available both in-person and online.

Offers a variety of activities including crafts, line dancing, computer classes, self defense courses, and bingo. A lunch time meal is served daily. The centers are open during the day and occasionally offer special activities and events during the evening.

Provides short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services for adults recovering from hospitalization, managing chronic conditions, or requiring ongoing nursing support. Offers clinical care, therapy, and supportive services in a licensed nursing facility setting.

Provides food assistance to people in need. A variety of perishable and non-perishable items such as fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as fresh bread, milk and eggs, are provided to help families put a hearty meal on the table. Items distributed are based on donations received.

Focuses on building and improving daily living skills for adults with developmental or multiple disabilities. Services include: case management, comprehensive adult education, pre-vocational exploration, nursing services, assistive technology evaluation and training, hearing and vision screenings, dental clinic, and recreation and community inclusion programs.

Provides essential food items to support community members in need.

Operates group homes for patients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, and other Cognitive disorders. Group homes gave up to 15 private bedrooms and a fenced-in outdoor area. Individual and group activities include memory enhancement, physical exercise, and social interaction. Medication management and personal security systems included. Long-term as well as respite care is available.

Specialized assessment for teens struggling with mental and emotional issues with a targeted solution plans. Services include assistance with academic challenges, family therapy, group therapy, and individual psychotherapy.

Provides assistance to crime victims. This includes: personal advocacy, resources and referrals, information on NJ Victim's Rights Law, assistance in requesting reimbursement of medical expenses, lost wages, court accompaniment, bilingual counseling.
