Monthly rates starting at $5,950; Private pay, VA Aid and Attendance benefits, and long-term care insurance are accepted.

Operates group homes for patients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, and other Cognitive disorders. Group homes gave up to 15 private bedrooms and a fenced-in outdoor area. Individual and group activities include memory enhancement, physical exercise, and social interaction. Medication management and personal security systems included. Long-term as well as respite care is available.
