Eligibility
Applicants must be 16–24 years old, a U.S. citizen, legal resident, or authorized immigrant, and meet low-income criteria. They should need additional technical training or education, agree to remain drug-free and meet behavioral standards, and provide parental consent if under 18. Young people who are school dropouts, runaways, foster youth, parents, or homeless are especially encouraged to apply.

Provides low-income and at-risk youth ages 16–24 with career technical training and education, enabling them to earn a high school diploma or equivalency, college credits, and industry-recognized certifications in over 100 career fields. Participants receive housing, meals, healthcare, a living allowance, and training at no cost during the 8–12 month program. After graduation, career transition counselors offer up to 21 months of support to help secure employment and independent living.
