Hosts an online directory of long-term care facilities and services in New Jersey. Facilities include: nursing homes, residential care facilities, assisted living residences and programs, comprehensive personal care homes, and adult and family day care. Users may search by county, city, facility type, facility name, and facility owner.    

Integrated Case Management Services provides case management services designed to engage and support adults with serious and persistent mental illness, while striving to help them integrate into the community. Case Managers work with individuals to facilitate access to and utilization of needed resources and supports. ICMS Services include outreach, assessment, linkage to community resources, crisis intervention, substance abuse education and intervention, psycho-education, and advocacy.

Recruits' youth, school-aged youth, for volunteering in supervised community service projects. Members come together from throughout the county to volunteer community service projects. Summer intensive programs place volunteers at non-profit organizations over two 4-week sessions. Weekend projects take place throughout the year. Transportation is provided to and from volunteer sites.
