Offers assistance with affordable housing by building and rehabilitating deteriorated housing. In Addition, trains at risk men and women who have dropped out of high school in the construction trades. Additional services are academic and vocational training, advocacy assistance, financial assistance for those in foreclosure, first time homeowner assistance, job placement assistance.
