Delivers collaborative Diabetes Self-Management Education Classes (DSME) and training, empowering individuals with diabetes to modify behavior and effectively self-manage the disease. Guided by evidence-based standards, the course, facilitated by licensed health professionals, addresses various topics, including the disease process, treatment options, nutrition management, physical activity, medication utilization, blood glucose monitoring, prevention and treatment of acute and chronic complications, goal setting, problem solving, psychosocial adjustment, and preconception care and management during pregnancy if applicable. Classes may be conducted individually or in groups.

Offers comprehensive screening services for breast, cervical, prostate and colorectal cancers for low income and inadequately insured NJ residents. Services include education, outreach, early detection, case management, screening, tracking, and follow-up. These cancers can be treated more effectively when found early.
Provides low-income and at-risk youth ages 16–24 with career technical training and education, enabling them to earn a high school diploma or equivalency, college credits, and industry-recognized certifications in over 100 career fields. Participants receive housing, meals, healthcare, a living allowance, and training at no cost during the 8–12 month program. After graduation, career transition counselors offer up to 21 months of support to help secure employment and independent living.

Boxing, sports clinics, and other recreational activities. The Performing Arts Program enriches children culturally, offering modern, tap, jazz, step (drill), and Latin dancing. Other potential arts programs include visual arts, music, and theatre.
Provides employment assistance services for individuals seeking work. Offers job readiness support, employment referrals, resume assistance, and job search resources. Assists participants in preparing for and obtaining employment opportunities.
Provides food to residents in need of assistance. This includes supplemental food, toiletries and household supplies.
Provides a supportive environment for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. Offers use of a mailing address for individuals who regularly visit to retrieve mail.
Provides linkages to peers and supportive services for individuals with mental health diagnoses. Also provides advocacy at both an individual and systems level.
