Supports achievement of personal wellness goals by connecting individuals with education, peer support, and community resources that promote physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, occupational, environmental, and financial well-being. Reduces loneliness and isolation while offering empowerment, leadership development, and opportunities for personal growth.
