Provides meals and groceries to individuals and families facing food insecurity through a parish-run soup kitchen and food pantry.

Provides various services to veterans of overseas conflict. Services include: VA benefits application assistance, filing or reopening VA claims for service-related disabilities, application status follow-ups, claim disputes and appeals, and various medical benefits services.

Elevates the quality of life for individuals with terminal illness and their loved ones through hospice care. Services encompass physical, emotional, and spiritual support, assistance with personal care, medication for symptom management, medical equipment for home care, short-term respite care, availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, registered nurse by phone, and bereavement follow-up and workshops. One such workshop, "Understanding Grief," is open to the community, providing guidance for those newly bereaved or anticipating a loss at no cost.

Targets at-risk female and male youths. The program has four components: social events, the Rites of Passage program, the Career Center (through which homework/tutoring assistance, a computer lab and job-related educational services are available) and mentoring.  

Provides families who meet criteria and income guidelines temporary cash assistance and support services. Services may include child care payment assistance, transportation services, work-related expenses (limited), and family violence intervention.

Offers on-site sit-down meals, meals to go, delivery of meals to seniors, on-site Choice Pantry services and a food truck that visits various neighborhoods in our area to provide meals.

Offers meals to homebound residents who are ages 60 and older. Primarily for those who are medically homebound with minimal nutritional support.

Provides structured, community-based partial care services that strengthen emotional stability, behavioral health, and social functioning for teens at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Services are multidisciplinary and designed to promote positive development.

Provides a partial-care day program for adults. 

Provides up-to-date information on food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, vaccines, and addresses consumer complaints like adverse reactions, safety concerns, labeling issues, and other regulatory product problems.

Delivers a nutritionally-balanced meal and assurance check each weekday to home-bound seniors. Two cold meals for weekend consumption are provided for participants on Fridays.    

Pairs youth with mentors who act as positive role models, guiding them through conflict resolution, communication, and life skills. YDMP services include youth group meetings, mentoring by adults over 19 for a minimum of six months, parent workshops for improved parenting and communication, and provision of transportation and healthy meals.

Provides various services to senior citizens in Mercer County. Services include: geriatric case management and consultations, assessment of home safety, family and community supports, nutrition assistance, and activities of daily living. Also provides various care management services: medical visits, family member consultations, prospective care community visits, reviews of long-term care policies, and assistance with discharge planning from a hospital or rehab.

Provides support group and recreational services to individuals diagnosed with aphasia. The center is focused on improving communication skills. 

Assists residents build financial knowledge, increase personal wealth, enhance money management skills, and develop financial confidence. The program provides one-on-one counseling for individuals on how to create and carry out a budget plan, get and stay out of debt, save money, and manage accounts.

Provides outpatient mental health services to individuals in the community. Aims to foster better self-understanding and personal insight.
