Provides information, online resources, email and phone support, a free lending library, referrals, and guardianship assistance to individuals and families involved in kinship care throughout New Jersey.

Provides a supportive environment for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. Offers use of a mailing address for individuals who regularly visit to retrieve mail.

Provides structured and supervised intensive outpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs tailored to the required treatment level. Services include: 24-hour nursing care; health aides; hospice care; medical social work; and rehabilitative services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, infusion therapy, private duty services, and telehealth; and emergency response services. Also provides specialized support programs, palliative care, respite care, wound care, ostomy care, medication management, and telehealth in-home monitoring.
