Qualifies eligible youth ages 16 to 25, who have dropped out of high school to receive GED education and test prep, on-the-job training through community service. As well as a weekly stipend, transportation, childcare, and support services.

We do so by offering a broad range of comprehensive services designed to promote education, employment, and healthy family functioning and reduce poverty, unemployment, child abuse and neglect and other negative outcomes.
