Services include: outreach for mental health, substance abuse, and medical services, career counseling, job seeking skills training, psychiatry, wellness nurses, housing specialists, Mental Illness and Chemical Abuse (MICA), and vocational counselors to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.

Provides in-home and multi-disciplinary support to disabled individuals living in group homes, apartments, or other types of living arrangements.

Provides supportive services to aid in independent living for adults living with serious mental illness. Services include: housing search and move‑in assistance, mental‑health and medication education, employment support, services for co‑occurring conditions as needed, supportive counseling, and 24-hour support.

Provides assistance to adults in the areas of, health, transportation, housing, education, employment, and translation. Open to residents of Burlington County.

Provides information to senior citizens/older adults on available resources including food, housing, material goods, transportation and utilities also provides information about community agencies and organizations offering specialized services where available. Services include: Living Wills, Senior benefits assistance, Assistance with senior legal issues, Housing search assistance, Boarding home complaints.
