Offers a wide range of outpatient services which may be coordinated by a case manager and may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, Social and recreational activities, life skills training, relapse prevention services, and continuing care program and supportive services (such as childcare, transportation and parenting skills development).

Provides critical resources and support to families and children, including early education programs, after-school initiatives, emergency food and shelter, homeless intervention, support services for individuals with disabilities, and more. Also provides access to child, maternal, and family health information, referrals to health care services and insurance programs.

Provides various health and fitness programs for youth attending school. Services include: a cardiovascular fitness center, strength training center, full-court gymnasiums, and a heated indoor pool.

Assists low-income individuals to obtain divorces or assist in divorce cases.

Distributes food to anyone in need in the service area. Volunteers and donations are welcome. 

Assists men and women struggling with coping and self-sufficiency through spiritual, social, and emotional support. Offering residential housing, work, and group and individual therapy, the center prepares participants for re-entry into society and employment. A minimum six-month commitment is necessary to break negative patterns and instill positive life choices, fostering productivity and community integration.

Empowering the community through legal, advocacy, and case management services, with a focus on disabled and low to moderate income individuals. Services cover public entitlements, housing advocacy, consumer law, family law, health insurance benefits, discrimination matters, barrier-free accessibility, and systems advocacy.  

Enables participants to live at home in the evenings and on the weekends while receiving individualized care for their medical, nursing, social, rehabilitative and personal needs at the centers. Services include: Health Supervision and Nursing Care, Recreational Activities, Nutritious Meals, Special Medical Care Services (Dental, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy..etc), Transportation (Doctor's appointment & shopping).

Provides information and referral services to people with disabilities and their families who are seeking help locating appropriate resources in their community. The program is responsible for overseeing the Personal Assistance Services Program that is designed to help people with disabilities live as independently as possible.  

Provides a vanpool service that connects commuters to others travelling to similar areas. Also provides subsidies to drivers with a minimum passenger requirement.
