Operates a comprehensive cardiac, lung and vascular healthcare resource center that provides a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.

Provides diverse programs. This includes Women's Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Women's Trauma and Addiction, Men's Trauma, Young Adult Psychiatric/Co-Occurring, Women's Emotion Regulation. 

Provides access to discounted prescription medications for eligible health center patients through the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. Assists patients in obtaining prescribed medications at reduced cost through participating pharmacies.

Provides information to senior citizens, and individuals with disabilities on available resources including food, housing, material goods, transportation and utilities. The office also provides information about community agencies and organizations offering specialized services where available.   

Provides placement finding and services to residents of boarding homes. Investigation of complaints regarding boarding homes. Provides socialization activities for boarding home residents to maximize their functioning in the community, which in many cases avoids the residents' institutionalization.

Offers volunteer opportunities to anyone in the community 14 years of age or older. Open for all programs at various locations. 

Provides HIV prevention, testing, and support services for individuals and families affected by HIV and those at risk. Delivers case-managed services that include medical and non-medical case management, housing placement assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and legal advocacy, and offers community health worker support, health education, and wellness programming

Offers residential services to adults with mental health issues in a group living setting, including psychosocial rehabilitation and transitional housing. Sites are located throughout Camden County.

Offers emergency assistance to recipients of WFNJ/TANF/GA and SSI. Benefits include but are not limited to: Shelter and household furnishings, Temporary rental assistance or housing costs, Utility payments (such as heat, water, and electric), Moving expenses (security deposit or first month's rent), and Rapid rehousing for TANF recipients. 

Offers a unique bracelet identification-tracking program for individuals prone to wandering and who have dementia such as Alzheimer’s disease or developmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder. The program does not serve as a “sitter,” but rather provides extra support to the caregiver and family to keep the loved one in the community.

Provides a state funded initiative that works to provide individuals with mental illness a variety of services. PACT services include psychiatric assessment/evaluation, substance abuse counseling, individual and group counseling, medication administration and management, crisis assessment and intervention, and much more.

Assists older adults with emergencies. This includes: lack of heat, electricity, gas, or water; need for medical examinations or medications; transportation; security deposit or small household repairs; and air conditioning units.

• Parenting in Recovery: Conducts groups supporting families with substance abuse histories, emphasizing effective parenting skills.

• Parenting Workshops and Groups: Offers interactive programs tailored to meet the specific needs of participating parents, covering various aspects of child development at sites throughout Ocean County.

• Anger Management Program: Conducts stress and anger management groups for Ocean County residents, aiding in trigger identification and coping skill enhancement.

• Blissful Babies - Infant Massage Classes: Provides weekly classes for deep bonding between new mothers and babies, promoting healthy sleeping, assisting with elimination concerns, and reducing colic/gas. Classes, instructed by certified Infant Massage Instructors, are available with a provided schedule.

Offers Certified Insurance Enrollment Specialists that assist with enrollment in qualified health plans through NJ's Health Insurance Marketplace at Get Covered NJ and NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid). Open enrollment occurs once a year from November 1st to January 31st. 

Provides counseling and therapy services for war-zone returnees and their dependents. In additionally also provides advice and information regarding veterans' benefits and aid in filing claims. Counseling specialties include post-traumatic stress disorder, readjustment counseling, bereavement counseling, alcohol and drug counseling, sexual trauma counseling, marriage and family counseling.   

Provides various activities for senior citizens in the community. Services includes: exercise classes, luncheon program, movie club, nutrition center, recreational services, and shopping trips.

Provides instructional materials and adaptive equipment as appropriate to individual student needs. Materials and equipment may include textbooks in Braille or large print, Braille writers, electronic note taking devices, and more.

Delivers a nutritionally-balanced meal and assurance check each weekday to home-bound seniors. Two cold meals for weekend consumption are provided for participants on Fridays.    

Provides free, individualized housekeeping services to individuals diagnosed with cancer.
