Provides a full-service YMCA offering facilities, programs, and classes for all ages. Services include but are not limited to cardio wellness center, childcare, cycling studio, gymnasium, indoor pool, mind and body studio, personal training, and various programs and classes for all ages.   

Provides comprehensive primary health and dental care services to the medically uninsured and underserved. Services may include family medicine, health education, HIV/AIDS testing, podiatry and pediatrics.  

Provides information, referral, and assistance to aid residents of Union County, 60 years of age or older, and their families. Clients can search what programs they may be eligible for, receive answers to questions, and receive access to necessary assistance. Center services are catered toward older adults, adults with physical disabilities, and caregivers.

Promotes and supports exclusive breastfeeding, conducts health and nutrition screenings for early identification or treatment of risk factors, refers participants to essential health care and social services, conducts personalized nutrition/health counseling in individual and peer/group sessions, and issues food vouchers with essential nutrients to address deficiencies or lacking in their diets.

Provides an interactive program led by our recreation team, along with light breakfast, complete lunch, and daily snacks. It offers assistance with toileting and ambulation, nursing support for medical conditions including medication administration, and social work support for participants, families, and caregivers. Additionally, it features on-site Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists experienced with older adults, with meals planned by a registered dietitian.

Matches volunteers, ages 55 and older, with 1 to 2 students who they meet with once a week in a Princeton Public school to encourage a love of learning through reading. Volunteers meet the students weekly during the school year.    

Assists individuals living with rare diseases obtain medications and educational support. Also provides limited financial assistance.

Collects and distributes donations of new, unwrapped toys to children in need.

Fosters community engagement through three unique initiatives: Read to Dog, offering children a chance to practice reading skills in a comforting canine company; Pet Therapy, providing emotional support to individuals through interactions with specially trained animals; and the Humane Hero Academy, empowering youth with education on animal welfare and advocacy.
