Offers services to women whom are pregnant. Services can include; pregnancy testing, pregnancy options counseling: including adoption and abortion information, birth control information and counseling, contraceptive services, ultrasounds, and first and second trimester abortions.

Provides once a year emergency assistance for either a one time payment for 100 gallons of oil, kerosene, coal, etc also utility back bill assistance for residents with a shut-off notice. The program also provides heating/HVAC system repairs and/or replacements during the contract year.

Provides seasonal holiday assistance by distributing holiday meals and baskets for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas to low-income individuals and families.

Provides support, education and advocacy to families who have children with behavioral and/or emotional challenges. Programs include: Peer support, Parents Anonymous support group, Support group for parents/caregivers of youth in the Juvenile Justice System, Parenting workshops, Youth Partnership support program for youth, ages 13 through 21 and Warm Line for parents and caregivers. 

Provides free or low-cost health care. This may help pay for medical bills, doctor visits and prescriptions for certain low-income individuals or families.   

Provides food pantry that distributes groceries and limited emergency assistance to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

Provide a 26-acre complex featuring walking paths, lush trees, and vibrant flowers for all to enjoy, offering 306 total apartments, including 38 studio/efficiency units, 227 one-bedroom units, 28 one-bedroom walk-ups on the second floor, and 13 two-bedroom units.

Provide access to Certified Application Counselors (CACs) who guide you through NJ FamilyCare and Health Insurance Marketplace applications, assist with form completion, appeals, and help you find the right coverage—all at no cost.

Provides assistance to families by giving caregivers a break from the daily responsibility of caring for an elderly or disabled relative or friend. Respite services may be used for a caregiver to shop/do errands, get medical care, attend to personal matters, rest, vacation, have surgery/medical procedure, or handle an emergency. 

Provides assistance with applying for health coverage. Trained and certified staff members can help individual consumers understand health coverage options, complete eligibility forms, and enroll in a plan through the health insurance marketplace. The NJ FamilyCare Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is also available to those who qualify.  

Provides wraparound support services for recently-incarcerated individuals. Services include: addiction and behavioral health treatment, sober transitional housing, Medicaid registration and healthcare linkage, assistance with Motor Vehicle Commission identification, legal services, mentoring through faith-based and professional networks, and support for training and employment.

Provides food assistance for individuals in need.

Provides assessment, information and referral, and crisis intervention services. For juveniles and families in crisis.

Offers a variety of support groups for senior adults. The topics would include; caregivers, bereavement, retirement, Holocaust survivors   

Provides routine, non-medical assistance to adults with disabilities who are employed, involved in community volunteer work, or attending school and are not eligible for Medicaid. Personal assistants help with tasks such as: light house keeping, bathing, dressing, preparing meals, shopping, driving, or using public transportation.

Provides referrals for health screenings, treatment and services includes general health care and education with immunizations, nutrition, NJ's system of primary health care centers. reproductive health for family planning, prenatal care, and addictions, hotline for postpartum depression, specialized conditions for cancer education / early detection, cardiovascular disease, cystic fibrosis, pediatric primary care and WIC sites.

Offers an early pregnancy ultrasound to confirm pregnancy.
