Eligible New Jersey residents can receive cost-free lead testing to determine if lead is present, lead inspection and risk assessment of your home or apartment and remediation of lead-based paint hazards (i.e. painting, cleaning, repairs, etc.).

Offers assistance with understanding tenant rights and responsibilities, resolving housing concerns, and accessing housing resources. Assists households in addressing barriers to housing stability.

Provides a boarder baby prevention program aiding at-risk mothers and babies, aiming to reduce infants left in hospital pediatric wards. Services comprise securing infant supplies, substance abuse treatment referrals, parenting classes, life skills training, pediatric care assistance, applying for social services like Temporary Assistance to Needy Families and WIC, and healthcare provider referrals.

Provides case management services for individuals with a developmental disability, and their families. Services include: benefits assistance, entitlements, housing, medical coverage, and personal care services.
