Services include: cancer care, cardiology, pediatric medicine, dental, diabetes care, an emergency department, geriatric health care, home health care, hospice care, an infectious disease center, laboratory services, nursing, obstetrics/gynecological services, orthopedic surgery, primary care, renal/kidney services, a sleep disorder center, speech and language pathology, surgical services, and a wound treatment center.

Provides up to $2,500 in financial aid to recently discharged military service members and their families facing financial hardships due to military-related activities. Assistance may be used for housing, vehicles, utilities, food, child-related expenses, and medical expenses.

Offers a free, intensive, structured training program to help individuals treat and manage diabetes. Classes focus on management lifestyle behaviors and emotional management, lasting 2 1/2 hours, once per week, for six weeks. Facilitated workshops utilize a detailed manual by two trained leaders, one or both peer leaders with diabetes. Classes are highly participative, fostering mutual support and success to build participants' confidence in managing their health. 

Address and assist individuals who are experiencing issues with their heating systems, ensuring they receive prompt and effective support to address their heating needs. This program is crucial during cold weather conditions when lack of heating can pose serious health and safety risks. Single and 2-family properties should reach out to their local code/inspection office.

Offers transportation for disabled and older county residents. Services are provided for medical visits, therapy, adult day care, attendance at senior activity centers, shopping and recreational events. 

Provides personalized school supplies, clothing, and backpacks to over 1,500 local children facing homelessness and poverty. Helps ensure they start the school year prepared and confident.

Provides a comprehensive range of outpatient clinical services to address mental health challenges for children under the age of 12 years old, adolescents under the age of 17 years old, adults, and families. Services encompass psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and various forms of counseling and therapy, including specialized group therapy sessions tailored to different age groups and specific needs such as anxiety and life transitions.

Provide favorable financial incentives which, when coupled with private financing, will stimulate business expansion in the Vineland UEZ (Urban Enterprise Zone).

Provides an evidence-based lifestyle change program for preventing type 2 diabetes. These year-long classes help participants make real lifestyle changes such as eating healthier, including physical activity into their daily lives, and improving problem-solving and coping skills. 

Provides lightly used furniture to individuals and families in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Furniture is delivered at no cost.

Services, determined by clinical assessment, encompass respite care, homemaker assistance, home modifications, emergency response systems, meal delivery, adult day care, medical equipment, transportation, and chore support.
