Provides financial assistance for rental or utility security deposits and initial rental payments. Also provides: assistance with linkage to transportation services, child care, medical and behavioral healthcare, and recovery services for veterans experiencing PTSD or other effects of combat. Other services assist veterans and their families re-establish financial stability and self-sufficiency.
