Provides comprehensive dental care to patients for whom existing options at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine may not be adequate. Types of special healthcare needs that may require care provided in this setting include: developmental/intellectual disabilities, cognitive disabilities, progressive neurologic conditions, complex physical disabilities, and patients unable to transfer from wheelchair or gurney.

Distributes seven-day emergency food packages to low-income individuals and families at eight CFA sites. This includes delivery available for homebound households. 

Helps veterans, guards, and reservists with disabilities transition into civilian employment successfully. Offers services such as skills assessment, career coaching to apply military skills to civilian jobs, identifying career paths, interview skill coaching, strategizing employer outreach, and mentoring for job retention.

Provides a wide array of programs to residents of Perth Amboy. This includes include social services.

Provides companion aide services include light meal preparation, light housekeeping and communication and companionship.

Serves women who are homemakers, caregivers, widows, divorcees, or those who have become displaced due to separation or spouse deployment and must now enter or return to the job market. Services include career counseling, interest testing, life skills workshops, legal clinics, educational opportunities, employment assistance, resume writing, job search support, computer training groups, and various support and self-help groups.   

Provide shelter, food, and counseling to homeless men committed to life change, including case management, life skills training, and substance abuse recovery. Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol, with required attendance at a minimum of two NA or AA meetings weekly.

Provides primary health care services to individuals in the community. Adult services include: preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and specialized evaluations. Children and adolescent services include: well visits, immunizations, screenings, and comprehensive care. Obstetrics and gynecology services include: pregnancy care, and general gynecological care. Also provides infertility diagnostic care and counseling.

Provides a store-like environment where individuals can select food and personal items for themselves and their families, at no cost. Also provides a mobile food pantry for homebound residents.

Provides food pantry assistance to the community in need.

Provides support, education, and advocacy for families who have children with have behavioral or mental health issues. Services offered include various support groups and a warm line.

Offer housing support, HIV testing and prevention, harm reduction, care coordination, transportation, counseling, support groups, education, training, and social activities for people living with or vulnerable to HIV and the LGBTQ+ community

Offers counseling to people who are unable to make their mortgage payments and are at risk of losing their homes through foreclosure, or who are already in the foreclosure process. Counseling is also made available to renters that will guide them on how to approach discussions with their landlords on dealing with their rent situation.

Provides persons with disabilities with a personal assistant who can help with services such as dressing, bathing, housekeeping, meal preparation, correspondence, mobility, driving, and/or use of public transportation. The service is for those going to work, school and/or remaining active in their community. Care can be provided to 40 hours per week.  

Operate a 24-hour emergency hotline for residents to report no heat, no hot water, and other winter-related housing emergencies.
