Offers comprehensive outreach, case management, education and screening services for breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancers to Warren County residents. Free cancer screenings will be provided to county residents who qualify.  

Provides summer child care programs for individuals in the community. Also provides rooms, gymnasium space, and a commercial catering kitchen for rent.

Provides health education courses, support groups, seminars, lectures, and individual counseling. Support group topics include: breast cancer, breastfeeding, cancer support, epilepsy, manic depression, and strokes.

Open Cupboard Thrift Shop sells donated household items and clothes at discounted prices. Displaced individuals and disaster victims are given items from thrift shop, based on need. Electronics, large furniture, exercise equipment, and mattresses are not sold. 

 Facilitates the acquisition of earned entitlements from federal, state, and local governments, as well as private sectors. Daily activities involve housing assistance referrals, requests for lost military separation papers, medal replacement, VA health care enrollment, job counseling, and transportation to VA medical facilities. Special programs include providing American flags for Memorial Day, arranging burial in a veteran's cemetery for indigent veterans, and the "Tracers" program. Additionally, the Division conducts group meetings called "Veterans First" to assist formerly homeless veterans transitioning into housing. Operating the Alfred J. Thomas Home for Veterans since 2003, the Division offers transitional housing, therapy, and counseling for chronically homeless veterans.

Provide emergency food, clothing, and household items to 1,500 seniors, families, and children facing hardship.

Assisting individuals in saving for various goals such as home ownership, education, or starting a small business, the program provides a 3-year matched savings initiative. The aim is to foster wealth accumulation and asset acquisition. Applicants undergo an IDA Orientation, sign a savings plan agreement, and open a personal saving account, depositing a minimum of $10 monthly while attending mandatory financial literacy classes.   

Operates a marine life rescue for endangered species within the Essex County Turtle Back Zoo with a 24-hour response hot-line for rescues and veterinarian services.
