Provides immediate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week mobilization of crisis staff to homes, schools or other safe locations where youth between the ages of 5 through 18 are experiencing behaviors putting them at risk of out-of-home placement or hospitalization. ACCESS, under normal circumstances, offers outpatient therapy services to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families.

Provides a nursery school, early childhood programs, summer day camp, kindergarten program, after-school enrichment programs and kids club, summer programs for children with cancer, therapeutic nursery, vacation programs and birthday parties, school of theater arts, Thurnauer school of music, and a dance school.

Investigates allegations of child abuse and neglect and, if necessary, arranges for the child's protection and the family's treatment. Services include: child protection, case management, foster care, adoption, and family supports and services through community providers.
