Offers community care coordination services for individuals with HIV/AIDS who are not adherent to medical appointments and treatment. Under the program, community care coordinators can provide clients with coaching and continuous follow up to help promote long term quality health.     

Provides services that include support groups for consumers and families. This includes information on how to access mental health resources, advocating for improvements via legislation, and a 12-week family education program.

Provides assistance with applying for health coverage. Staff members help individual consumers understand health coverage options, complete eligibility forms and enroll in a plan through the health insurance marketplace.    

Prepares students for a career in the Transportation, Logistics, and Distribution (TLD) industry through a 4-week program. Successful completion and certification tests lead to a Forklift Operator certification and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) 10 certification. Services include: job readiness and life skills training, fundamentals of logistics, forklift operator safety, shipping and receiving, OSHA certification, resume coaching, job fairs, employer outreach and networking, and job placement.

Hosts monthly support meetings that aim to provide comfort; information; and discussion about LGBTQ issues in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment. Various groups for most topics regarding LGBTQ matters are provided, as well as one exclusively for transgender-related topics and information.

Provides goal-oriented and individualized support focused on improved self sufficiency for the client through assessment, planning, linkages, advocacy, coordination, and monitoring activities. Services include: referral, intake, career planning, job preparation, job site support, and ongoing support services.

Offers a full range of services for jobseekers, including career counseling, job training, resume and interview support, and re-employment orientation. On-site resources include public computers, internet access, a career resource room, and interview spaces. Additional offerings such as ESL classes, HSE prep, Jersey Job Club workshops, and tuition waivers help guide your path to employment success.

Provides a summer day camp program for youth in the community. Services include: arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor activities, science enrichment programs, and technology programs.

Aims to increase the supply of quality affordable housing by building and rehabilitating deteriorated housing, primarily in Trenton. Provides first-time homeowners with long-term life skills that foster independence including: mortgage acquisition, financial management, and home maintenance and repair.  

Provides food assistance to people in need. Individuals and families may receive assistance once every 30 days.

Assists adults with disabilities gain the skills and training needed to acquire jobs, with ongoing support from Employment Specialists for a smooth transition post-placement.

Supporting individuals, our After School Program offers respite for children under 18 with developmental disabilities after their regular school day. For adults, our After Care Program offers respite after their work or training day, fostering a supportive environment.   

Delivers collaborative Diabetes Self-Management Education Classes (DSME) and training, empowering individuals with diabetes to modify behavior and effectively self-manage the disease. Guided by evidence-based standards, the course, facilitated by licensed health professionals, addresses various topics, including the disease process, treatment options, nutrition management, physical activity, medication utilization, blood glucose monitoring, prevention and treatment of acute and chronic complications, goal setting, problem solving, psychosocial adjustment, and preconception care and management during pregnancy if applicable. Classes may be conducted individually or in groups.    

Provides services planned to meet the needs of the older population. Services include information and referral, transportation, activities, and transportation for food shopping only.

Provides an evidence-based lifestyle change program for preventing type 2 diabetes. These year-long classes help participants make real lifestyle changes such as eating healthier, including physical activity into their daily lives, and improving problem-solving and coping skills.

Assists veterans and their families facing homelessness or those at risk with housing stability. Offers eligible veterans financial aid for rental and utility security deposits, as well as initial rental payments.

Does NOT provide emergency financial assistance or hotel stays.

Provides information to parents, the public, and providers about availability of child care services provided through the New Jersey's Child Care Subsidy Program and other programs for which the family may be eligible, information about the different types of providers, and financial assistance to obtain child care services.

Helps low to moderate income homeowners to rehabilitate their properties. Eligibility is based on income, family size and the type of improvement.
