Payments are typically made directly to the utility company or fuel supplier, ensuring continuity of service.Available to both homeowners and renters who meet income and residency requirements.

USF Overview

Offers monthly credits on electric and/or gas bills to reduce ongoing energy costs. Designed for households that spend a significant portion of their income on energy. Helps prevent service interruptions and promotes long-term affordability.

Provides a 16-week technology introduction course, a 7-week paid internship, mentoring from senior level- IT professionals, career development workshops, job placement assistance, and the opportunity to earn an IT Generalist Apprenticeship credential or COMPTIA certification.

Provides free civil legal services, advice, and representation for low-income individuals and families to address issues affecting housing stability, income security, healthcare access, family safety, and consumer rights.

Provides information and resources on early identification, treatment and promotion of good health habits to ensure that children are healthy, safe and ready to learn. The program is made up of three integral parts: Physical Health, Nutrition and Oral Health.    

Provides Residential Community Homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) where staff supports their health, self-care, communication, life skills, problem-solving and social skills, community inclusion, recreation, household and financial management, and achievement of individual goals.

Services include: social visiting, geriatric care management for addressing senior independence, CAMEO, a kosher nutrition program, and Holocaust survivor services. Also offers socialization programs including: a weekly men's club, women's group, and a monthly Senior Chai program.

Services include: addiction and substance abuse support, caregiver support, homeless veteran care, laboratory and pathology services, military sexual trauma support, optometry, patient advocacy, prescription services, podiatry, primary care, psychology, social work services, suicide prevention, telehealth services, and female veteran care.

Provides intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient mental health services. Services include: mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, grief and loss, and anger issues.
