Application process
Visit the website to complete a preliminary application. Eligible applications are randomly selected for prioritization, however special consideration is also given to households in need of available handicap accommodation, and households that live or work in the available unit's area.
Fees
None to apply. Rent and sale prices are regulated by the state of New Jersey.
