Assists Township residents with emergency needs. The food pantry will provide emergency food packages to families in the community. Holds distributions at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and the Fourth of July.

Provides breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and human milk feeding support through trained volunteer Leaders, including individual assistance, group meetings, education, information, and referrals.

Investigates allegations of child abuse and neglect and, if necessary, arranges for the child's protection and the family's treatment. Services include: child protection, case management, foster care, adoption, and family supports and services through community providers.

Provides various services to families and children in the community. Services include: social services, utility assistance, food pantry, prescription assistance, back to and after school programs, and seasonal and overnight camps.

Offers individuals an opportunity to learn skills related to activities of daily living, self-help, and socialization. Individuals have access to craft and computer-based activities as well as a quiet area for needed down time.

Provides a directory listing of NJ public schools, vocational programs, private schools, and school districts, searchable by county, district code, or school name/keyword, with full lists available. Residents can contact their local school district for various services, including registration, school calendars, free/reduced lunch enrollment, special needs evaluation, transportation, counseling, extracurricular activities, and staff contact information.

Distributes groceries to students and families through school-based food distribution programs.

Identify and address health and safety related repairs for owner-occupied housing units at no cost to the homeowner.

Delivers nutrition and breastfeeding education, nutritious foods, and enhanced access to regular health care and social services for low and moderate-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as young children with or at risk of nutrition-related health problems. The service actively promotes and supports exclusive breastfeeding, conducts health and nutrition screenings, facilitates referrals to necessary health care and community services, and offers personalized nutrition/health counseling through individual and peer/group sessions. Additionally, the program issues food vouchers containing essential nutrients to supplement deficient or lacking diets.    

Provides various medical services to residents of Ocean County and the surrounding areas. Services include: breast care, oncology rehabilitation, cardiology, geriatric, diabetes education, radiology, emergency, and cognitive services.

Provides community-based case management and outreach services for adults with a serious and persistent mental illness and are homeless or are at-risk of becoming homeless. Also provides targeted case management services for military veterans experiencing homelessness and mental health issues.

Provides assessment, information and referral, and crisis intervention services. For juveniles and families in crisis.

Provides information to parents, the public, and providers about availability of child care services provided through the New Jersey's Child Care Subsidy Program and other programs for which the family may be eligible, information about the different types of providers, and financial assistance to obtain child care services.
