Provides information to senior citizens/older adults on available resources including food, housing, material goods, transportation and utilities. Also provides information about community agencies and organizations offering specialized services where available.

Provides support for families of individuals with mental health concerns via various services. Services include: information and referral to resources on mental illness, treatment, respite, legal, and financial programs. Also provides consultation and education with mental health professionals for guidance on specific situations or general management. Hosts support groups for families to share, problem-solve, and receive information on relevant topics.

Offers gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth access to wide array of online supportive services. A national social networking website where users can sign up and connect to LGBTQ youth around the world. Also provides information and links to resources relating to sexual orientation and gender identity issues. 

Provides supportive services for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic health conditions. Offers case management, health education, referrals, and assistance in accessing community resources. Assists participants in maintaining health, stability, and independence.

Provides information and referral services to people with disabilities and their families who are seeking help locating appropriate resources in their community. The program is responsible for overseeing the Personal Assistance Services Program that is designed to help people with disabilities live as independently as possible.  

Provides general information and assistance, a post-stroke and disabled support group, and statewide respite care program.  An in-home caregiver education and support program is also included. 

Offers resources for those who struggle with self-injury. A treatment team uses therapy, education, and support to help clients find healthier ways to cope with emotional distress.

Services include: mentoring and companionship for socialization, role modeling, and community support, direct advocacy for linking adults with existing mental health, entitlements, housing, medical, legal, physical, self-help, wellness, educational, and recreational services. Also provides group services for boarding homes and community-based locations, support, education, recreation, socialization, and advocacy; multicultural outreach to underserved populations and advocacy, support; and training for consumers of mental health services through advocacy in community-based mental health and community boards, committees, and task forces.

Also provides various care management services: medical visits, family member consultations, prospective care community visits, reviews of long-term care policies, and assistance with discharge planning from a hospital or rehab.
