Provides comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services for Warren County residents. These services encompass psychiatric and counseling programs, including a consumer self-help center operating during evenings and weekends, family support and education, emergency services, substance use disorder treatment, sexual abuse treatment, Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS), and Prevention Connections aimed at enhancing family skills for youth success.  

Provides educational resources on child development. Resources include: positive discipline, media safety, lectures, videos, and group discussions.

Provides assistance with family stabilization for families in crisis, to prevent a child's out-of-home placement. Services include: in-home visitation, crisis intervention and management, supportive counseling, role modeling, therapeutic activities, parenting skills training, and case management.

Offers no-cost, confidential pregnancy confirmation services and support to women navigating unplanned pregnancy. Services/programs include: free pregnancy testing with immediate results, free on-site ultrasounds, pregnancy counseling, breast feeding classes, infant care classes, parenting classes, referrals for adoption, housing, pre-natal care, post-abortion counseling, referrals to social services, and abortion alternatives. 

Provides one-on-one support to pregnant individuals and families with children under 12-months old. Includes supportive services for fathers and father figures of young children.

Provide family-centered services at the FOCUS Family Success Center in Newark, including referrals, life-skills training, parent–child activities, housing support, job assistance, advocacy, youth programs, and emergency help to strengthen families and prevent child maltreatment.

Provides various support services to parents and caregivers of youth with emotional, behavioral, intellectual, or developmental issues; substance abuse disorders; or mental health concerns. Services include: peer support, education, and advocacy. 

Offer a Family Support program to improve family well-being and safety through in-home and out-of-home services, including parenting education, therapeutic support, foster/respite care, and health literacy.

Offers counseling services, parenting skills education, advocacy, and linkage to community services for families and children who have been involved with the DCP and P or struggle to meet basic needs. Services are provided for a duration of 3 to 6 months. Spanish-speaking services are also available.

Offers a one-stop, community-based drop-in center for information, resources, and services related to the support and preservation of families. Services include: "Youth With a Purpose" group for young adults, adult substance abuse/early intervention/relapse prevention, adult anger management groups, counseling for children ages 5 through 12, individual and family counseling, internet access, and parenting education classes.

Provides various support services to families, caregivers, and professionals living or working with children with disabilities. Services include: support groups, trainings, workshops, resources, referrals, and 1-on-1 support.

Helps families develop a sense of security and higher level of self assurance. Individuals learn the power of advocating for themselves. Encourages stronger families and healthier communities. Counselors provide support to families and teach the ways to manage household tasks, strengthen positive parenting skills, seek affordable medical care, link to community resources, manage personal finances, link to housing resources, advocate for themselves, and improve organizational skills
