Provides a free, nine-week, family-centered program that supports parents, caregivers, and expectant parents in promoting healthy infant development, strengthening parenting capacity, and building family stability through education, peer support, and connection to community resources. Integrates child development education, health and safety guidance, life skills instruction, meals, onsite childcare, and ongoing follow-up support through home visits and phone contact.
