Services may include minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, leak repairs, door and window repairs, lock repairs, stair repairs, smoke detector installation, grab bars, railings, ramps, chair lifts, boiler servicing, and air-conditioner installation or servicing to support safe aging in place

Identify and address health and safety related repairs for owner-occupied housing units at no cost to the homeowner.

Services include: Caregiver Support Group, Fix-It Program, Information and Assistance (Call Center), Legal Services, Medical Day Care, Recreation and Social Activities, State Health Insurance Program (SHIP), Social Day Care, and Social Security Administration On-Line Benefit Information.
