Eligibility
Low-income homeowners, including seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and families, in need of home repairs that enhance health and safety. Services include the installation of grab bars, railings, wheelchair access modifications, ramps, electrical and plumbing repairs, smoke and CO detectors, carpentry, and other repairs within the service area.
Required documents
Application must be completed along with supporting financial documents prior to any work being conducted at the home.
