Provides behavioral health services with trauma-informed, client-centered care to build life skills, reduce symptoms, and improve daily functioning. Services include: individual, family, couples, and group counseling; psychiatric evaluations; medication monitoring; and case management.

Provides supportive services for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic health conditions. Offers case management, health education, referrals, and assistance in accessing community resources. Assists participants in maintaining health, stability, and independence.

Assist individuals with a history of repeated psychiatric hospitalizations, not benefiting from traditional community mental health services, by offering integrated rehabilitation, treatment, and support services. The program aims to reduce hospitalizations, enhance vocational opportunities, and improve the quality of life. PACT services are available lifelong if needed.

Provides community-based care management and Wraparound planning services for youth with serious emotional, behavioral, substance use, intellectual, or developmental challenges. Coordinates individualized Child and Family Team meetings, service planning, advocacy, crisis prevention, and linkage to community resources to help youth remain safely at home and in their communities. Behavioral Health Home services are available for eligible youth with co-occurring medical and behavioral health needs

Offers to construct new houses available for purchase by low-to-moderate income families in Camden County. These homes boast three larger-than-average bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths, living/dining rooms, full basements, off-street parking (concrete), modern kitchens, and landscaped yards with masonry units. Additionally, the agency provides home ownership and mortgage counseling for families aspiring to become homeowners.   

Provides comprehensive social services including case management, housing assistance, utility assistance, employment support, benefits navigation, and family stabilization services to low-income individuals and families.
