Provides specialized care and support for individuals ages 60 and older with neurocognitive conditions, including: Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Mixed Dementia. Care is personalized to meet individuals needs of patients, with nurses available on-site. Encourages individuals to engage in meaningful activities, form connections, and maintain independence.
