Educates participants how to improve their basic computer knowledge and skills essential to functioning in a workplace environment. Participants are introduced to the internet through New Jersey Network (NJN)’s Workforce Learning Link Literacy Program administered in collaboration with the Department of Labor’s Work First New Jersey initiative.

Offers a range of employment and supportive services, empowering women. For those aged 18 and older, addressing both short-term and long-term goals. Services include workshops, monthly newsletters, case management, counseling, training in various work skills, GED classes, a support group, childcare referrals, outreach, mentoring, online services, and a five-week Job Readiness Program. 

Helps veterans find employers who understand their skills and values. Services include career fairs, career resources, and connecting veterans with companies committed to hiring and supporting veterans.

Provides career counseling, career workshops, computer classes, testing, resume writing preparation, and job search assistance to individuals seeking employment. Also provides a computer lab available for job searching.

Assist individuals with a history of repeated psychiatric hospitalizations, not benefiting from traditional community mental health services, by offering integrated rehabilitation, treatment, and support services. The program aims to reduce hospitalizations, enhance vocational opportunities, and improve the quality of life. PACT services are available lifelong if needed.

Provides a job-readiness, career development program to assist participants to become effective members of the workforce. Services may include exploration of career interests, life skills training, tutors, and job skills training.  

Assists various demographics with career and vocational counseling, including unemployed or underemployed workers, downsized management, senior citizens, people with disabilities, older workers, individuals considering mid-life career changes, current college students, recent college graduates, graduate students, and individuals returning to the workforce. Additional services provided encompass career workshops, job placement assistance, literacy programs, adult basic education, resume and cover letter aid, interview preparation, job search strategies, and ESL support.

Provides supported employment services for adults with mental health conditions, including job readiness training, resume development, job coaching, and ongoing employment support to obtain and maintain work or pursue education and training opportunities.

Offers workforce programs that provide hands-on support to pre-employment job readiness training, job development, and recruitment services for individuals who are unemployed. 

Provides a full-day, twelve-month, ABA-based school program tailored for learners over 21 years old. Services encompass a variety of individualized ABA-based teaching techniques, emphasizing paid employment, volunteer opportunities, and individualized programming in communication, self-care, leisure, social, and functional academic skills. 

Provides a support system for high school students with disabilities. Collaborates with students, parents, school staff, and adult services to assist with the transition from school to work.

Provides a range of therapeutic services for people with autism, acquired brain injuries, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. Includes treatment services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, neuropsychological testing, counseling, vocational training, and life-skills instruction.   

Helps veterans, guards, and reservists with disabilities transition into civilian employment successfully. Offers services such as skills assessment, career coaching to apply military skills to civilian jobs, identifying career paths, interview skill coaching, strategizing employer outreach, and mentoring for job retention.

Supports Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and General Assistance (GA) clients with job readiness and search efforts, mandating volunteer work for those unable to secure employment. Participation in this employment program is mandatory for all TANF and GA clients.

Provides training and career services for women in the community. Services include: career counseling, computer literacy courses, ESL courses, job placement, interview skills, occupational training, personal finance workshops, resume writing, small business development, training, and education.

Provides a soft-skills job-readiness curriculum that provides career development assistance. Participants receive assistance with resume development, the opportunity to earn industry recognized credentials, and social support to help prepare individuals for their employment search.

Provides wrap-around resources and support for families and the community. Core services include health, social, legal services, education classes, information and referrals, parent-child activities, employment-ready programs, financial literacy, housing related services, and advocacy.
