Provides family support, parent education, advocacy, referrals, and youth and family activities. Offers life skills workshops, wellness programming, resource navigation, and individualized assistance to strengthen and empower families.

Provides comprehensive services for the elderly and their families. Services include: care management, individual and marital counseling, information and referral, coordination of homemaker services, transportation, a widow/widowers support group, and volunteer services. Programs for families of the elderly include: consultation, family counseling, case management, assessment and planning, housing information, nursing home referrals, support and therapy groups, and Caring Connections. Also sponsors a Kosher Meals-on-Wheels program with opportunities for volunteers, and specialized assistance for Holocaust survivors.

Services comprise securing infant supplies, substance abuse treatment referrals, parenting classes, life skills training, pediatric care assistance, applying for social services like Temporary Assistance to Needy Families and WIC, and healthcare provider referrals.

Connects patients and practitioners to behavioral health services to assess needs, determine appropriate care levels, verify insurance and arrange pre-certification, schedule appointments, and connect to information and referrals to various programs. Available referrals include: behavioral health programs, adult and adolescent services, substance abuse programs, detox unit, in- and out-patient psychiatric care, and psychiatric emergency services.

Provides mental health and substance abuse treatment services for individuals in need. Services include: mental health support, substance use recovery, addiction recovery, and family care social services.

Provides wrap-around resources and support for families and the community. Core services include health, social, legal services, education classes, information and referrals, parent-child activities, employment-ready programs, financial literacy, housing related services, and advocacy.    

Provides referrals for health screenings, treatment and services includes general health care and education with immunizations, nutrition, NJ's system of primary health care centers. reproductive health for family planning, prenatal care, and addictions, hotline for postpartum depression, specialized conditions for cancer education / early detection, cardiovascular disease, cystic fibrosis, pediatric primary care and WIC sites.

Provides information and referrals for mental health treatment programs and services. Referrals include non-profit counseling agencies and private practitioners.

Provides access to a directory of New Jersey physicians by specialty and location, including information about their medical practices.​

Helps individuals who are HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) positive maintain a healthy dental care system.  Provides referrals to private dental practices in the area.

Connects home-bound individuals with dentists who are able to perform in-home dental care.
