Application process
Patients are encouraged to make appointments for medical and dental services. Walk-in patients may experience longer wait times. No appointment necessary for rapid HIV testing.
Fees
Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and self-pay. Works on a "sliding fee" scale to assist under or uninsured patients in need.
Offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including physical exams, chronic disease management, vaccinations, and specialty referrals for adults and families. Women's health services cover annual exams, cervical cancer screenings, and prenatal care. Pediatric care includes immunizations, well-baby check-ups, and treatment for common childhood illnesses.
