Provides supportive services for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic health conditions. Offers case management, health education, referrals, and assistance in accessing community resources. Assists participants in maintaining health, stability, and independence.

Provides an evidence-based lifestyle change program for preventing type 2 diabetes. These year-long classes help participants make real lifestyle changes such as eating healthier, including physical activity into their daily lives, and improving problem-solving and coping skills.

Provides weekly blood pressure screening, workshops and lectures on health and wellness, and serves homemade, hot meals four days a week. The Kip Center is also open on Saturdays, offering classes, programs, events, and activities.  

Provides a services for HIV patients including free HIV counseling, screening and testing services, primary medical care, dental care, mental health, and case management.

Provides individuals with nutritional counseling for diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, obesity and other health concerns. Open to residents of both Sussex and Morris Counties. 

Educates residents about the dangers of lead poisoning, shares information about lead remediation and helps those who believe or may have confirmed lead contamination in their homes. Eligible New Jersey residents can receive cost-free lead testing to determine if lead is present, lead inspection and risk assessment of your home or apartment and remediation of lead-based paint hazards (i.e. painting, cleaning, repairs, etc.).  

Provides in-home counseling and case management to seniors and disabled adults, aiming to enhance their quality of life, prevent institutionalization, and support independent living in their communities. Counselors offer crucial supportive services, connecting individuals to community resources for safety and comfort in their own homes.

Provides a variety of supportive services for older adults and disabled individuals. Services include, but are not limited to: nursing care, prescription assistance, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and other various health and social services.

Aids in the the prevention, education, counseling, testing and treatment of disease. Provides directories of locations with HIV and STD screenings and treatments. Also provides supportive programs and services for individuals infected with HIV.

Provides a full range of cancer treatment services, from screening and diagnostics to advanced treatments and support programs. Oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, and radiologists specialize in treating a broad array of cancer conditions.    

Provides adult primary care clinic offers primary care for adults and children.  This includes radiology and phlebotomy, TB services, and clinics for colonoscopy, surgery, prenatal, orthopedics, and gynecology. 

Specialized Health Services offers a wide variety of specialized health clinics and centers providing information and general medical care for individual use. Services include. but are not limited to: Operating a public information and outreach campaign for the Arthritis Center to educate consumers, providing preventive and restorative dental treatment at the Dental Clinic. Offering outpatient medical care with subspecialties like diagnostic colonoscopy, gastroenterology, hemodialysis, laboratory services, mammography, ophthalmologic services, pediatric cardiology, pediatric endocrinology, prenatal services for high-risk pregnancies, and radiology.
