Processes complaints about licensed healthcare facilities, including nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, home health programs, boarding homes, hospices, and ambulatory care programs. Has information on Health Facility information.

Examines reports and suspicions of tax law non-compliance, covering issues such as false deductions, kickbacks, or unreported income. Also addresses concerns regarding failure to pay tax, fraudulent activity by tax preparers, or identity theft involving Social Security Numbers for employment or tax filings. This reporting system ensures accountability and enforcement of tax laws.    

Provides information to consumer questions relating to auto, home, specialty, and business insurance. Offers daily updates on insurance information.

Provides up-to-date information on food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, vaccines, and addresses consumer complaints like adverse reactions, safety concerns, labeling issues, and other regulatory product problems.

Provides information on various pesticide-related subjects including: pesticide products, toxicology, environmental chemistry, safety practices, pesticide regulation, clean-up and disposal, understanding the label, recognition and management of pesticide poisonings, and integrated pest management (IPM).

Offers NJ residents legal assistance for any purchased car (new or used) or motorized vehicle that is defective and potentially unsafe. The unit helps the consumer determines whether a case meets the legal requirements for hearing.
