Provides individuals an opportunity to reside in an apartment setting while receiving 24-hour supervision. The program serves men and women with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Each individual receives instruction in areas such as banking, transportation and activities of daily living.

Services include: crisis intervention, stabilization, and short-term family treatment. Clinicians assess behaviors and prevent involvement with the juvenile justice system. When all resources have been exhausted and the child’s difficult behavior persists, court involvement may be requested.

Provides free hot meals, snacks, and take‑home food items to individuals and families in need. Offers a welcoming community setting where visitors can receive nutritious meals, socialize, and access supportive services.

Specialized programs include: cardiovascular care, comprehensive stroke care, emergency care, kidney, liver, and pancreas transplants, obstetrics and pregnancy/childbirth services. Surgery types include: bariatric, cardiothoracic, general, gynecological, neurological, orthopedic and vascular.

Offers a safe, stable space for females in need of a place to stay. The youth can stay up to 18 months and work with their Case Manager to obtain employment, plan their next living arrangement, learn life skills and financial literacy. The youth have access to arts/rec activities, mentoring sessions and life skills workshops.

Provides affordable housing and supportive services for youth aging out of the child welfare system. Services include: case management, independent living skills instruction, college/university advocacy, and job readiness preparation.

Provides a phone-based support group system that offers parents of children diagnosed with an eye condition the opportunity to share their experiences, resources, and feelings to like-minded individuals. Current support groups include: Cortical visual impairment, Retinopathy of prematurity, Leber congenital amaurosis, Autism and blindness.

Conducts Individual/Family/Group Therapy and Psycho-Educational Programs and Group Therapy Programs tailored to address developmental, social, emotional, behavioral, and psychological difficulties. Includes Anger Management Groups, Creative Social Skills Groups, and Social Skills Groups. Decreases negative behaviors, improving interaction patterns, and achieving realistic goals.

Provides a comprehensive early intervention program for infants aged birth to three years with delays and disabilities. The program provides medical, educational, and therapeutic services for both children and their families.

Operates a vehicle that resembles a dental office with two-fully equipped medical exam rooms and capable of performing many of the traditional medical services. Additionally, provides well-women visits, gynecological exams and referrals to specialists.

Provides information and support to those facing cancer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Trained cancer information specialists are available via phone, or live chat providing accurate, up to date cancer information to patients, family members and caregivers and connecting them with valuable services and resources in their communities.  

Responds to those affected by disasters including home fires, hurricanes and flooding. The organization provides emergency assistance to help with needs such as temporary lodging, food, clothing, personal care items, health service and mental health services.

Provides food assistance to low-income families in the form of a benefits card. Provides services to older adults in the community. Services include: information, referrals, social and recreational activities, educational and health programs, and trips. Also provides Meals-on-Wheels services to eligible individuals.    

Supports family reunification and the safe prevention of children entering out-of-home care through intensive in-home parenting skills training. Services include: foster care, residential treatment, and group home services. Services typically last 4 to 9 months.

Provides assistance to senior citizens and disabled individuals for long term care in a nursing facility, or services to help remain in the community rather than be cared for in a long term care facility. In-home services that are part of this program include home health aides, skilled nursing, medical day care and medical transportation.
