Provides supportive treatment services to individuals with a serious mental health concern. Services include: personalized home-based support, medication management, crisis response, career counseling, and life skills training. Services are delivered in-home or via community settings and aim to promote self-management and community integration, prevent hospitalization, and improve quality of life.

Provides services to clients at home or at the site of the crisis. Short-term intervention, de-escalation and stabilization, psychiatric evaluation, nurse assessment, and then information and referral to community-based services and access to inpatient hospitalization.

Provides advice and information regarding veterans' benefits and aid in filing claims. Assists in the connection to counseling, and Homeless Vets Rehab Residential Programs. Services included: Assistance with filing disability claims, Connection to Veteran benefits and a copy of DD214 if needed, Death benefit claim filing assistance, Homeless Veteran information and referral information.

Provides training job skills, exposure to a variety of work environments, on-site vocational training and instruction, regular assessment of vocational success. Eligible learners are offered on-site vocational training during the school day.   

Provides education, support, and discussion opportunities for older adults living with diabetes. Offers information and peer support to help participants manage their health and wellness. Assists individuals in connecting with others experiencing similar health concerns.

Provides emergency food assistance to individuals and families in need. This includes children, seniors, and those facing financial hardship. 

Provides financial assistance and support services to families  who have been granted asylum by the United States Government from political or religious persecution.

Offers wrap-around resources and supports for families before they find themselves in crisis. Family Success Centers offer primary and secondary child abuse prevention services to families. Core services may include information and referrals, housing, healthcare, social services, employment and job readiness services, parent education classes, life skills training, parent-child activities, and advocacy.  

Provides funding to various services that aid eligible adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with living, working, and thriving in their communities.

Adult and Young Adult Center for Health provides health care and counseling for adolescents and their families. Medical services offered at the center includes sexually transmitted diseases treatment, eating disorders, family planning, counseling, psychiatric evaluations. Counseling services include family and school problems, substance abuse prevention, or early intervention services. Some services are confidential. 

Provides food assistance to people in the community. Open to Morris County Residents. 

Offers a continuum of residential services for psychiatrically disabled consumers with a history of hospitalization, The CHAMP Program and The Partnership Program, along with two transitional group homes and long-term residences, offer daily support services. These encompass 24-hour supervision, psychiatric on-call assistance, evaluation, medication monitoring, nursing assessments, personal care training, assistance with daily living, recreational programs, and referrals to community services.    

Provides services to individuals with significant support needs or who may be considered medically fragile. A registered nurse is on staff each day. Most activities are center based and developed with an awareness of the challenges of the participants. Programs on music, nature, and art, frequently shared by local organizations and individuals, provide opportunities to interact with community members.
