At the Occupational Training Center (OTC), participants experience a sense of pride and accomplishment. The program encourages active community involvement, providing learning opportunities associated with community integration.

Assist low-income households in managing energy costs and maintaining safe, affordable utility service through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Universal Service Fund (USF). 

LIHEAP Overview 

Assists with heating and medically necessary cooling costs during designated program periods. Provides regular seasonal benefits and may offer emergency assistance for households facing shut-off or fuel shortages. Payments are typically made directly to the utility company or fuel supplier, ensuring continuity of service. Available to both homeowners and renters who meet income and residency requirements. 

USF Overview 

Offers monthly credits on electric and/or gas bills to reduce ongoing energy costs. Designed for households that spend a significant portion of their income on energy. Helps prevent service interruptions and promotes long-term affordability. 

Offers various mental health and support services to individuals in need. Services include: psychotherapy, adolescent services, outpatient mental health services, bariatric surgery biopsychosocial evaluations, family resolution programs, comprehensive adolescent programs (Morris County only), substance abuse assessments, forensic services, mental health and risk assessments, Traumatic Loss Coalition for Youth program (Sussex County), school-based counseling services, and school clearance risk assessments. Services are available in-person or via telehealth.

Provides information and assistance in finding programs and services for older adults and their families. Resources are provided through Ocean County's aging network.

Provide showers and laundry services to those in need.

Provides outpatient addiction services to individuals struggling with a substance abuse disorder. Services include: therapeutic counseling, psychiatric services, substance abuse treatment and counseling, individual and group counseling, family counseling, therapy, and medication monitoring. Also provides intensive outpatient treatment for adults with substance use or co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

Provides free air transportation to medical patients who need to travel for specialized care.
