Provides a full day program for individuals with a serious and persistent mental health diagnosis. The program is held in an outpatient setting and services include: activity-oriented therapies, cognitive behavioral therapies, and a structured program specializing in individual and group interventions.

Provides food assistance to people in need. Accepts donations. 

Provides outpatient mental health and substance use treatment including therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and care coordination to support recovery and overall wellness.

Stabilize families experiencing short-term financial crises, offering up to 6 months of financial assistance with no utility aid, focusing on short-term rental support and providing education and employment assistance. Participants engage in case management services and life-skill seminars covering money management, financial repair, and budgeting. Additionally, all participants must partake in a mandatory savings program.     

Provides evidence-based family strengthening programs. Offers parenting education, relationship-building activities, support sessions, and family services for children and parents. Programs available in English and Spanish with childcare and meals provided.

Assists financially eligible families and individuals with rental and housing related needs to prevent homelessness. Services provided to the participant will be divided into two categories of primary and support services and will be determined on an individual basis. An individualized service plan to be developed in partnership between the participant and the case manager will be required.  

Provides advocacy for the under-served Hispanic community within the County of Passaic. It operates a support group for parents and guardians of children with complex emotional disturbances. The groups are geared toward self-empowerment and individual guidance and support.   

Provides housing vouchers and case management to individuals in the community.

Provides free, individualized housekeeping services to individuals diagnosed with cancer.

Provides a culturally sensitive environment for senior citizens, including one-on-one assistance with accessing Medicare, Medicaid, and other public and private benefit programs. Information and referral services are provided by staff on resources such as medical services, transportation, senior services, friendly visiting, educational classes, health promotion, telephone reassurance, meals, recreation, translation and interpretation, emergency food, escort assistance, health screenings, energy assistance and programming.

Provides shelter for lost and/or unwanted animals, animal adoptions, humane education programs, and reduced cost spay and neutering clinic for dogs and cats.

Provides integrated primary health‑care access for individuals with psychiatric conditions to support whole‑person wellness and reduce barriers to medical care. Services include: physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions, vaccinations, on‑site laboratory services, wellness and health‑education activities, preventive screenings, and referrals to medical specialists. Supports health stability to reduce avoidable hospitalizations.

Provides community-based housing and/or group homes. Members living in supported or supervised apartments may receive services 24-hours per day or a few hours per week depending on their need. Most supported apartments are barrier free and are tailored to fit the needs of individuals with complex physical needs.   

Provides emergency food assistance to people in need.

Provides information on breast health and cancer, emotional support, and information about clinical trials. Also provides referrals to other Komen programs and information about nation and local organizations that may provide financial assistance or supportive services.

Offers a monitoring program for patients taking warfarin.

Provides short‑term, community‑based residential substance use treatment in a supportive, recovery‑oriented setting. Program is typically staffed by individuals in recovery and may include individualized recovery planning, 12‑step or other mutual support groups, substance use education, family support, recreational and social activities, and assistance accessing vocational and community services.   

Provides food pantry that distributes groceries and limited emergency assistance to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

Provides shelter services to homeless and runaway youth, mothers, and their children. Services include: basic necessities, health care, education, vocational preparation, drug abuse treatment, legal assistance, recreational programs, mother/child programs, transitional living, street outreach, and aftercare.
