Operates a 24-hour crisis intervention hotline catering to victims of sexual assault/abuse, offering short-term in-person counseling, therapist-led support groups, and professional workshops focusing on sexual harassment and victimization. Additionally, sponsors special events to educate the public and foster healing. Group sessions encompass survivors of rape, a men's group for male survivors of sexual abuse, and support for significant others (family and friends of victims) and community groups.

Accepts reports of price gouging, hoarding of medical supplies, charity scams, procurement fraud, scam calls, or any other related unlawful activity. Also advises on scam avoidance.

Provides individuals therapy to correct physical problems caused by a disabling illness or injury. Open to residents of Morris County. 

Trains and employs approximately 20 adults with autism, acquired brain injuries, and other intellectual/developmental disabilities. The program is available statewide. 

Provides a hot lunch meal to people in need. Clothing closet is available as well for people in need.

Provides information and access to utility company outage reporting resources for individuals affected by disasters, severe weather events, or other emergencies that have resulted in power outages. Consumers can report electrical service interruptions, check outage status, view estimated restoration times, receive outage alerts, and obtain emergency safety information directly from their utility provider.

Operates a supplemental food pantry serving food-insecure residents of Orange, East Orange, and West Orange. First timers and wait listers receive a set of shelf-stable groceries. Fresh produce and diapers are not available to first timers and wait listers at this time.

Provides health education courses, support groups, seminars, lectures, and individual counseling. Support group topics include: breast cancer, breastfeeding, cancer support, epilepsy, manic depression, and strokes.

Through the website or hotline, individuals can search if a product was recalled, learn how to return a recalled product or arrange for its repair, obtain guidance on what to look for when making purchases, understand how to use a consumer product safely, and promptly report any unsafe products or product-related injuries encountered.  

Provides career services for individuals, ages 18 and older, who have a disability that currently presents a barrier to employment. Programs available through the center include: Vocational evaluation, Work adjustment training, Skill training, Job coaching, and Supported Employment.

Provides multi-service programs for veterans and their families. Services include: addiction and substance abuse support, caregiver support, homeless veteran care, laboratory and pathology services, military sexual trauma support, optometry, patient advocacy, prescription services, podiatry, primary care, psychology, social work services, suicide prevention, telehealth services, and female veteran care.

Provides home based crisis intervention and psycho-educational skill building strategies to families with a child at risk of out of home placement.
