Provides a shopping service for homebound individuals unable to shop for themselves. Clients are responsible for the cost of all purchases. A screened volunteer will take a shopping list to the supermarket or pharmacy to purchase up to 20 items. 

Provides a primary, preventive, and related health and social services, including physicals, sick visits, screenings, immunizations, mental health and substance-use counseling, medication-assisted treatment, referrals, social work support, and food packages for diabetic patients.

Provides integrated primary health‑care access for individuals with psychiatric conditions to support whole‑person wellness and reduce barriers to medical care. Services include: physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions, vaccinations, on‑site laboratory services, wellness and health‑education activities, preventive screenings, and referrals to medical specialists. Supports health stability to reduce avoidable hospitalizations.

Helps military service members and their families access supportive services that are available in their local community. The centers offer clients information, referrals, and direct assistance with: Family assistance services, Transition assistance advisor, Military family life consultant, Psychological health providers, and Military OneSource.     

Provides career development services that support individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment. Offers career planning, job development, follow‑along support, employer assistance, and worksite accommodations. Coordinates transition services with school districts to help students prepare for employment or post‑secondary education.

Provides an LGBTQ+ community center and operates a statewide information and referral line and lending library. Aims to be a site for social, political, and support groups to meet, whether they are an outside organization or a program from the center. HIV testing appointments are available at the center on a regular basis.    

Provides a short-term crisis intervention service for adults experiencing a psychiatric crisis that diverts them from hospital emergency departments and crisis screenings to immediately accessible intervention. Services include short-term counseling, medication treatment and case management, for a duration of up to 30 days. The goal is to help individuals return to pre-crisis functioning.        

Offers a support group for any grandparent(s) raising grandchildren. The group provides transportation, refreshments and childcare for participants.   

Offers daily drop-in access to food and personal items. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and clothing distribution is available based on donations. Access to showers are also available on a daily basis. 

Offers home-based education and care for pregnant (pre-natal) and new (post-natal) parents. Available in pregnancy and through the child's 5th birthday.    

Outpatient Compulsive Gambling Treatment - Collingswood provides individual treatment for clients struggling with compulsive gambling. The program addresses all of the emotional issues associated with a gambling addiction including depression, anger, guilt, anxiety, remorse, and shame.   

Provides various resources and supports to families. Resources include: a library with computer access and community workshops on health, parent education, parent and child activities, housing, employment, and life skills.

Provides after-school care for children in grades K through 8th grade for the Dover School District area. Homework assistance, tutoring and enrichment activities are offered.   

Ensures the well-being of older adults living alone. Trained volunteers place daily telephone calls to older adults and implement emergency procedures if the telephone is not answered. The program links participants to other social services if needed.

Providing hot meals "restaurant style" or to-go 6 days a week, this program also distributes pre-packaged food bags and operates a mini-market 5 days weekly.

Offers a classroom and community-based collaboration between Abilities and Warren County Community College (WCCC) where students with disabilities explore careers through a variety of means, includes internships and job sampling, classroom instruction, interest assessment, soft-skill instruction, self-advocacy, career mentoring, job coaching, and supported community employment.    

Provides food assistance to individuals and families facing financial hardships. Assistance is offered once a month.

Runs a back-to-school program that provides families in need with necessary school supplies.
