Stabilizes families experiencing short-term financial crises, offering up to 6 months of financial assistance with no utility aid, focusing on short-term rental support and providing education and employment assistance. Participants engage in case management services and life-skill seminars covering money management, financial repair, and budgeting. Additionally, all participants must partake in a mandatory savings program.

Provides food assistance for individuals in need.

Provides a lifetime limit of 12 months of emergency assistance to prevent homelessness to recipients of WFNJ/TANF/GA and SSI. Extensions may be available and varies on a case-by-case basis. Benefits include but are not limited to: shelter and household furnishings, temporary rental assistance or back rent or mortgage payments, utility payments (such as heat, water, and electric), moving expenses, rapid rehousing for TANF recipients.

Provides support and services to pregnant women struggling with addiction. 

Provides families who meet criteria and income guidelines temporary cash assistance and support services. Services may includes child care payment assistance, family violence intervention, transportation services, and work-related expenses (limited).      

Provides a food closet for individuals and families in need in the community.

Provides individualized, evidence-based outpatient treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Offers morning and evening services, on-site psychiatry, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), case management, peer recovery support, employment assistance, same-day assessments when available, and walk-ins.

Provides activities designed to reflect the interest and age group of participants as well as supporting socialization and community inclusion.

Provides employment training in job seeking skills, interview preparation, and understanding constructive criticism. Also assists individuals throughout their career with workplace challenges.

Distributes seven-day emergency food packages to low-income individuals and families at eight CFA sites. Delivery is available for homebound households.    

Offers a community-based, family-centered neighborhood hub providing support, information, and services. Core services comprise of information on child, maternal, and family health services. Provides housing-related services, parent education and parent-child activities, and advocating for community members.

Offers a rehabilitation training program, which assists individuals with a history of mental illness in entering/returning to the workforce. It also provides employment counseling and job coach services to help individuals increase/develop job skills, and to help them to find and maintain employment. Job Placement services are provided in a variety of areas. In addition, the program operates a mobile cleaning crew that provides janitorial services in the community. 

Provides food assistance for individuals in need.

Accepts all types of used eyeglasses and sunglasses, prescription and non-prescription. Children and adults are accepted, including exceptionally strong or weak prescriptions.

Provides pregnancy testing, ultrasound referrals, and comprehensive options counseling to pregnant or expectant individuals. Also provides education on relationships and parenting, post-abortion recovery support, and sexual integrity counseling and presentations.

Provides shelter, food, and counseling to homeless men in the community. Services include: case management, life skills training, and substance abuse recovery. Enforces a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol, with required attendance at a minimum of two NA or AA meetings weekly.
