Operates a drop-in center for adults with mental health and substance abuse concerns. Provides peer-led groups, support, and socialization opportunities. Aims to help individuals feel acceptance and respect, reduce loneliness and isolation, and find support from others with similar experiences.

A collaborative course through which people with diabetes gain the knowledge and skills needed to modify their behavior and successfully self-manage the disease and its related conditions. The course incorporates the needs, goals, and life experiences of the person with diabetes and is guided by evidence-based standards. DSME can be conducted on an individual and/or group basis and is facilitated by a licensed health professional.

Offers families who meet criteria and income guidelines temporary cash assistance and support services. Services may include: childcare payment assistance, transportation services, work-related expenses (limited), family violence intervention.  

Investigates allegations of child abuse and neglect and, if necessary, arranges for the child's protection and the family's treatment. Services include: child protection, case management, foster care, adoption, and family supports and services through community providers.

Provides emotional support, advocacy, and community resources to parents of blind or visually-impaired children. Resources include: newsletters; a website; and engagement with state and national boards, legislators, and other organizations.

Empower adults to create safe environments for children by preventing, recognizing, and responding responsibly to sexual abuse through education, awareness, and training programs.

Provide a Thanksgiving feast, turkey giveaway, and coat distribution to support individuals and families in need during the holiday season.

Helps military service members and their families access supportive services that are available in their local community. The centers offer clients information, referrals, and direct assistance with: Family assistance services, Transition assistance advisor, Military family life consultant, Psychological health providers, and Military OneSource.     

Provides around-the-clock care and support to adults with developmental disabilities. Runs under the belief that adults with disabilities should have the same rights as any other adults.

Offers food assistance to those in need who live, work or worship in Burlington Township.

Delivers free services to Union County residents living with HIV/AIDS, featuring a year-long transitional housing program for single, homeless men. The program provides extensive support, encompassing case management, substance abuse and mental health treatment, education, medication management, and employment assistance, all geared towards facilitating their transition to permanent housing. Furthermore, the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) initiative extends financial aid for rent, security deposits, and utilities to low-income, HIV-positive individuals at risk of homelessness.   

Distributes canned and packaged goods, bread, pastries, and basic groceries to individuals and families in need of assistance.

Provides primary care including adult medicine, family planning, HIV testing and PrEP, pediatrics, women's health, substance use disorder/addiction treatment, and vaccinations. Patients needing specialized or behavioral services can be referred to another doctor that best fits their needs.
