Offers a drop-in Saturday program for adults and children with developmental disabilities. Participants are registered and dropped off for the Saturday afternoon program, which provides lunch, socialization and activities and a period of respite for families.
Supports Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and General Assistance (GA) clients with job readiness and search efforts, mandating volunteer work for those unable to secure employment. Participation in this employment program is mandatory for all TANF and GA clients.

For every $1 that qualified participants deposit, the IDA program will deposit an additional $2.
