Offers individuals job readiness training, financial literacy, civic and social engagement, trade programs, and truck driving/CDL training. As means to assist individuals gain employment, attain stable housing, and reduce barriers to successful reentry. 

Provides primary care including adult medicine, family planning, HIV testing and PrEP, pediatrics, women's health, substance use disorder/addiction treatment, and vaccinations. Patients needing specialized or behavioral services can be referred to another doctor that best fits their needs.

Provides internet access, computers, and charging stations at no cost. Also offers access to job search databases and online support services. Acts as a cooling and warming center during all regularly scheduled open hours. 

Provides training and career services for women in the community. Services include: career counseling, computer literacy courses, ESL courses, job placement, interview skills, occupational training, personal finance workshops, resume writing, small business development, training, and education.

Facilitates various support groups: Adjust to Vision Loss Project: Fosters a community for individuals with vision loss to share experiences, receive peer support, and gain education through virtual and in-person activities. COPE: Caters to individuals with multiple sclerosis.

The Self-Advocacy Group: Covers topics like self-esteem, disability perception, employment, family dynamics, and self-advocacy skills. Women with Disabilities: Addresses relationship, family, employment, and daily challenges, offering a platform for information sharing. Limited transportation is available for Bergen County residents attending COPE and the Women's Group.

Provides professional counseling and therapy for individuals, families and adults. Spanish-speaking outreach program includes counseling, support services and referrals for Hispanic families adjusting to a new culture or experiencing social dysfunction.      

Provides assistance with rent while setting and monitoring goals for self-sufficiency. Open to residents of Cape May County. 

Providing families, a free, year-round preschool program for children. Delivers comprehensive early childhood education and support services, covering health, dental care, nutrition, special education, parent skill workshops, mental health, and social services. Also ensures a nutritious daily breakfast, lunch, and snack. Services includes:

1. Education: Providing a safe and engaging preschool learning environment, tailored to each child's interests, languages, cultures, and learning styles. Regular Parent/Teacher conferences and meetings are held.

2. Special Education Services: Prioritizing enrollment for children with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment.

3. Family Services: Assigning a Family Advocate to each family, aiding in goal setting, identifying strengths, and linking families to social services referrals for positive child development.

4. Family Involvement: Encouraging family participation in individualized services, events, parent trainings, and volunteering, including serving on committees like the Policy Council.

5. Mental Health: Offering mental wellness activities in classrooms and collaborating with families on their child's mental health and behavior.

6. Health: Assisting families in accessing needed health services, ensuring children have required vaccinations, physical and dental exams, and hearing and vision screenings.

7. Nutrition: Providing nutritious meals and involving families in menu development while offering guidance on instilling healthy nutrition habits at home.

Provides information and resources to consumers in regards to allergy, asthma, and immunology for optimal patient care. Also assists consumers locate an allergist.

Provides an eight-week, Monday-to-Friday summer camp serving students breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks while supporting their learning and development.

Assists individuals who have lost their primary source of income, usually due to divorce, separation, death or disability of a spouse or significant other, with re-entering the workforce in order to gain financial independence. Assistance is provided through career counseling, job search support, resume assistance, interview preparation, job training, and emotional support. Coordinates free legal consultations with family law attorneys.

Provides food assistance to individuals and families in need.

Provides financial assistance to low-income households who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Services include: first month's rent, rental assistance up to 12 months, rental arrears up to 3 months, and security deposits.

Operates a thrift store which sells clothing, household goods, and specialty items at discounted prices. Provides items and clothing at no cost to victims of a disaster or other emergencies.

Provides a quality-of-life grant of up to $500, per fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th), for individuals affected by frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) disorder. 

Delivers a nutritionally-balanced meal and assurance check each weekday to home-bound seniors. Two cold meals for weekend consumption are provided for participants on Fridays.
