Helps identify federal, state, and private benefit programs that could help seniors and their carers cover their costs and get the assistance they need. Assistance is available with expenses related to: medications, food, utilities, legal, health care, housing, in-home services, taxes, transportation, and employment training.

Intensive case management focuses on developing a single, coordinated care plan for pregnant/postpartum individuals, their children, and families. Recovery support specialists provide non-clinical assistance and recovery supports.

Provides nutritional support to low-income seniors with non-perishable food items designed to provide six days of meals.

Operates an online peer-support chat. Offers confidential, one-on-one peer support for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning people.

Stabilizes youth in crisis and encourages positive development through connections to community resources, interpersonal relationships, and academic success. Services include: crisis intervention, stabilization, and short-term family treatment. Clinicians assess behaviors and prevent involvement with the juvenile justice system. When all resources have been exhausted and the child’s difficult behavior persists, court involvement may be requested.

Support a fellowship of individuals recovering from drug addiction, offering peer-led meetings, sponsorship, twelve-step programs, mutual support, and a drug-free service environment

Offers a full range of services for jobseekers, including career counseling, job training, resume and interview support, and re-employment orientation. On-site resources include public computers, internet access, a career resource room, and interview spaces. Additional offerings such as ESL classes, HSE prep, Jersey Job Club workshops, and tuition waivers help guide your path to employment success.
