Groups are conducted in a warm, supportive environment. They are designed to teach, model, reinforce, and help children to internalize essential and appropriate social skills. Consultation and evaluation is also available for parents. In addition, West Bergen therapists can provide school districts with on-site social skills programming and consultation.
Offers emergency assistance to prevent homelessness for WFNJ/TANF/GA and SSI recipients. Provided benefits include: shelter, rental assistance, utility payments, moving expense assistance, and rapid rehousing. Also assists individuals or families facing short-term emergencies with rent, utility, or mortgage arrears, regardless of TANF, GA, or SSI status.

Provides regular seasonal benefits and may offer emergency assistance for households facing shut-off or fuel shortages. Payments are typically made directly to the utility company or fuel supplier, ensuring continuity of service. Available to both homeowners and renters who meet income and residency requirements.
USF Overview
Offers monthly credits on electric and/or gas bills to reduce ongoing energy costs. Designed for households that spend a significant portion of their income on energy. Helps prevent service interruptions and promotes long-term affordability.
Provides assistance for older adults, people with disabilities and other vulnerable individuals who are unable to act on their own behalf or manage their own affairs, or who are in immediate danger due to physical or emotional abuse, unsafe or hazardous living conditions, exploitation, neglect, self-neglect or abandonment. Provides weekday, curb-to-curb transportation system to individuals in Hunterdon County. Rides available to individuals in areas not served by scheduled LINK Bus routes.

Connects pregnant individuals, parents, and caregivers of young children from diverse backgrounds with resources to enhance their quality of life. Specialists facilitate access to free or low-cost wellness services, identify individual and family needs, and link them to community services including health insurance, housing, childcare, education, WIC, and support from early childhood specialists, home visiting programs, and community health workers.
Provides evidence-based trauma-focused therapy to children/adolescents and their caregivers. Traumas addressed may include, but are not limited to, abuse, exposure to violence, traumatic loss, medical trauma, and bullying. Evidence-based therapy is also provided to children under age 12 years who have exhibited problematic sexual behavior and their caregivers.
