Users may search by county, city, facility type, facility name, and facility owner.

Assists low- and moderate-income individuals with guidance and case services in Landlord-Tenant Law matters. Counsels clients involved in disputes, informing them of their rights and responsibilities under New Jersey laws, local ordinances, and property codes. Provides budgeting, HUD-certified housing counseling, information and referral, rental delinquency counseling, advocacy with landlords/mortgage companies, legal services referrals, and assistance in obtaining affordable housing.

Assists low-income households in managing energy costs and maintaining safe, affordable utility service through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Universal Service Fund (USF).

LIHEAP Overview

Assists with heating and medically necessary cooling costs during designated program periods. Provides regular seasonal benefits and may offer emergency assistance for households facing shut-off or fuel shortages. Payments are typically made directly to the utility company or fuel supplier, ensuring continuity of service. Available to both homeowners and renters who meet income and residency requirements.

USF Overview

Offers monthly credits on electric and/or gas bills to reduce ongoing energy costs. Designed for households that spend a significant portion of their income on energy. Helps prevent service interruptions and promotes long-term affordability.   

Provides a federally qualified health center (FQHC) with a full-time dental program serving children and adults. Services include preventive exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, and extractions. 

A component of the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) which offers information, facilitates referrals, and provides linkage to essential services to individuals (60 or over) who either have a disability or are caregivers to individuals over 60. Staff assess needs and coordinate community-based services to enhance the quality of life of both the caregiver and the care recipient. 

Provides immigration, citizenship, English and Spanish classes, employment support, tax preparation, and individual taxpayer identification number assistance. Offers referrals for older adults and resources through the Hispanic Women’s Resource Center.
