Facilitates self-direction and individualized planning for caregivers of individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability.

Offers traditional camp activities for boys and girls. Campers follow a structured schedule that includes some activity periods that are already scheduled for their age group, as well as one choice activity period each day where children have the opportunity to decide what program they would like to participate in.  

Investigates allegations of child abuse and neglect and, if necessary, arranges for the child's protection and the family's treatment. Services include: child protection, case management, foster care, adoption, and family supports and services through community providers.

Provides services to youth who have had court involvement. Youth are assigned a Juvenile Case Manager, who connects them with school, counseling, substance abuse treatment and employment, depending on individual needs. The goal of a Juvenile Case Manager is to provide assistance, support and advocacy to help youth reduce the risk of violating a court order and/or being placed in juvenile detention.  

Provides school-supply assistance to eligible children and families to support preparation for the academic year. Distributes backpacks and essential supplies to reduce financial burden and promote student readiness for school.

Educates Hudson County students, ages 8 through 14. Teaches basic computer skills, word processing programs for Windows, basic internet usage, and using the web for research.    

Offers home care programs that include in-home skilled nursing, certified home health aides, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, medical social workers, nutritionists, infusion, bereavement support groups, and a children's bereavement camp.

Provides non-perishable food assistance to individuals in the community.

Provides legal assistance to senior citizens. The agency may schedule attorneys at select times. 

Provides food assistance and personalized nutrition counseling. Walk-ins are not accepted, appointments are required.

Targets at addressing and anticipating the emotional and behavioral response to divorce. This program is available to families at any stage of divorce. There are children's groups, divorce support groups, individual and family therapy.

Promotes and supports exclusive breastfeeding, conducts health and nutrition screenings for early identification or treatment of risk factors, refers participants to essential health care and social services, conducts personalized nutrition/health counseling in individual and peer/group sessions, and issues food vouchers with essential nutrients to address deficiencies or lacking in their diets.
